Completed in 2011, Sternco Engineers provided full-service Architectural and MPE Engineering, including collaboration with the owner’s interior designer, for construction of a new 3,400sf office building which would become the new headquarters for Smith Farms.  Key design elements included both rustic and modern features to give the facility a warm yet hard-working feel and function relevant to the farming operation.
