Sternco provided Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Sprinkler Engineering for the new construction of this 10,200sf medical office building for Yuma Gastroenterology.  The exposed ceiling in the lobby and hallway show off the building’s systems.  Mechanical HVAC systems feature rooftop packaged units with VAV boxes throughout.
