Holaday Seeds

Sternco Engineers worked as part of the Design-Build Team to provide Architecture and Engineering design services for a new facility for Holaday Seed’s Yuma operations. The project was master planned from one large parcel into (3) smaller parcels. This project was built on one and the other two parcels were left for future development. This facility’s site was developed and located in order to facilitate a variety of incoming traffic for product intake and outgoing deliveries as well as a future expansion. This 32,000sf facility provides office and conference space for staff, work areas for warehousing staff, as well as (3) distinctly independent, fully conditioned warehousing areas for storage of different products with various temperature and humidity requirements. Construction was completed September 2018.
