This 14,250sf remodel and 5,700sf addition (completed in 2016) to the Student Services Building was constructed in (3) phases.  It provides new classrooms, technology rooms, admin rooms, and lobby spaces for the STEM program at Arizona Western College.  Sternco provided Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Sprinkler Engineering.  Mechanical systems included chilled water air handlers with variable air volume and electric reheat.  Electrical systems incorporated smart classroom features including smart board technology.
